We spent 24 nights at Kat’s place. She was a tremendous host and provided appropriate, helpful, and honest information from the start. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was everything it should be. We travel a lot and stay for weeks in homes every year. Kay is by far the best host.The house was perfect. We especially loved spending our days in the pool. There is a screened in back porch that is perfect for relaxing. The house had literally everything you can think of. I only wish all hosts and homes were as prepared as this host and this home. Stay here!! You won’t regret it! Thank you Kat!! A+++++++

Kat is a wonderful host. She reached out in advance about storm damage to allow us to change our plans at no cost. We are so glad we didn’t. she provided great food options (including St Simon Seafood market) where I fried up some delicious crab cakes , grouper and triple tail for dinner one night. Pool was great with lots of things to keep the boys busy. Even replaced a dead ceiling fan in the primary for us. It was so nice my wife was looking at houses in the area for sale 🤣🤣. This trip might turn out to be really expensive vacation. Great location, police training nearby, did hear some explosions for my military / veterans with PTSD. Was good talking point for the boys… dog friendly. Great house and one of the best hosts I’ve experienced on this platform. We will probably come again in next couple years.

This was our second time staying here. It would have been our third time but part of our dates were booked last year. We love everything about this home away from home. Kat is a wonderful host. There was so much more added to the home to make it cozy and homey from the last time we stayed. Our kids loved the pool and the fun basketball hoop that was added. We really love that it's located close to all the islands for little day trips. We visited St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island and Cumberland Island during our stay. Thank you for another wonderful spring break stay at your place, Kat!

My family and I found this house largely by chance when we decided on a place to stay on vacation, and we were so thrilled with it that we booked our vacation here next year before we’d even checked out this time! The house and location were beautiful, and everyone (including our kids and VERY energetic German shepherd) had plenty of room and fun activities to do. Kat is a fantastic host! Before we’d even arrived, she sent us messages with recommendations for things to do in the area (which we checked out several during our time and all were well worth it!!). She also was very responsive to any questions we had - right down to a fabulous recommendation for a local massage to treat a muscle strain in my shoulder. She was an incredibly gracious and kind host. We felt right at home here and were sad to leave - and already excited to come back next vacation to what feels like a home away from home. This property is a must-stay! The home is well-appointed, cozy, and comfortable. Great kitchen for cooks. Dining area is perfect for having guests. Four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms. Beds and linens are comfortable. Even during our winter stay the yard, patio, and pool area were lovely and useable on warmer days (not the pool!). Long driveway and easy access to 2-car garage (it's tight but doable for larger cars). Trash and recycling containers are provided with schedule for putting to curb. Having laundry facilities off the kitchen was really nice. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming and the residential streets are flat and well-maintained for walking our dogs. Grocery shopping, general shopping, yoga studio, nail salon and gas stations in Brunswick were less then 3 miles away. We visited St Simons and Jekyell Islands often; it's an easy drive on US 17/25. And it's an easy drive for day trips to Jacksonville and Savannah. Will definitely book again.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving with our family. Everyone enjoyed the house. We had everything we could need! Spacious, loved the back patio with the gas fireplace. Enjoyed it on chilly nights, while we watched tv. Kat was so attentive and fast to respond! Had plenty of stores near by. Everyone was so happy and pleased with the house. Definitely recommend.

Kat’s place was great! We felt right at home. The house was so well stocked with everything we needed; we only had to bring our clothes and food! We celebrated Thanksgiving with our family at Kat’s and made special memories together.
The beds are comfy; the house super clean; and the heated pool was a lot of fun!

This home was more than we could have asked for!! Overall the house was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Some things that really stood out to us.. The kitchen has everything you need! Spices, appliances, anything you need. Different size dog crates with one big enough for our large bloodhound was so helpful! There were dog treats available that our dog enjoyed very much. The outdoor tv on the patio by the pool was wonderful to watch college football while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool.
The house was safe for our kids with gates available for the stairs and a gate to the pool area. The screened in porch kept out bugs and debris.
Kat checked in on us days before our arrival due to hurricane Helene, and while we were there she sent us local advisories for Hurricane Milton which was set to make landfall the day we were leaving.
The house was conveniently located to restaurants and stores.
We will definitely keep this one saved for future returns to this area

Best hostess and best home we have stayed in via AirBNB thus far and we have been to over 50.
They have thought of everything to make this a home away from including comfortable beds. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with spices and major condiments.
Kat was simply OUTSTANDING as a hostess being flexible with our checkout and making sure we had everything we needed in a challenging time as hurricane Helene hit the area. The home has a backup generator and we were fortunate to have power when over 50,000 people in the area did not.

Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.Everything was clean and comfy.Kitchen very well stocked,all you need to cook any meal,tons of glassware/bar ware,Kuerig and drip coffee makers.Of course the gas grill!Our dogs loved the porch and back yard and the jar of treats on the bar!Propane firepit on the porch for relaxing evenings!This is a short trip to restaurants in downtown and SSI.100% awesome communication with Kat (better than any other host in our travels!!) Kat’s place was gorgeous and extremely spacious it was just as described the kitchen cupboards are full of everything you could need and more. Complimentary shampoos and soaps were helpful as one of ours broke in our travels. We throughly enjoyed the pool and back deck with sitting areas. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Kat's place. There are several reasons why we booked this house, we travel with our two West Highland terriers dogs, the extra large yard is completely fenced in so our girls could run free. The outside living area was completely screened in, there were no bugs to worry about. This house is in a very quiet neighborhood, the houses are not on top of each other you have lots of privacy. Jekyll island and St. Simon were less than a 20 minute ride. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.

Kat's home is a wonderful place to stay! We stayed for 6 weeks in Feb/March and loved it. The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable. The backyard is huge, private, and was loved by our large dog. The pool was cold in February but the water was beautiful and swimmable. The entire house is clean and extremely well equipped. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could need or want. The countertop appliances (Blender, toaster, juicer, coffeemakers (3 kinds)) are modern, high quality, clean, and work great. I loved the powerful Ninja Blender for making iced cocktails. The dishware, cookware, and flatware are plentiful and also high quality. The beds and linens are soft and comfortable. There are plenty of bath towels and beach towels. There are puzzles, games, books, and even dog toys. Kat was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that came up during our long stay. She quickly found resolutions to any issues that surfaced. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Kat’s house was beautiful! It had everything we needed in it from spices to toiletries to paper products. Plenty of towels and linens. The enclosed patio and screened in in-ground pool were a great addition to a beautiful home. The location was convenient because it was around 20 mins to St Simon snd Jeckyll islands. It was also a very nice neighborhood to walk our goldendoodle. Kat responded within minutes to my questions. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property!

We stayed at Kat's place for two weeks over the holidays. Beautiful home! Well stocked kitchen, we made Christmas dinner and dessert and had everything we needed. There's a lovely lemon tree in the backyard we used to make lemon cocktails, hollandaise sauce, and lemon bars. We had so much fun and made lots of memories. When the evening were cold we talked to Kat and she helped us figure out the fireplaces, she was very responsive to our questions and very helpful. Will definitely visit again.

Kat's place was a comfortable and convenient location for our friends to meet and explore the area.
We enjoyed relaxed mornings reading, playing games, walking in the neighborhood, swimming (just one of us, with a wetsuit) and hanging out. We visited several islands, beaches, and local restaurants. We'd come back to the area again.

Kat thought of everything, not only providing pool toys and beach gear for those who didn't think to pack it, but offering a list of recommendations that made it easy to find something fun to do. Kat's place was awesome from start to finish. she was very flexible with check-in time. upon arrival, we found a very clean home with everything labeled on the cabinets and drawers, which saved us from having to dig around. spacious house that was plenty of room for my wife and I with our 3 large dogs. The house is immaculate, and the neighborhood was extremely private in its feel, think gated community with no gate. The pool was perfect and being completely screened in made it very enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials so anything we wanted to make was easily accomplished. Several grocery store options nearby to stock up on food items. The area is very quiet and with a lot of vegetation you can feel secluded in nature without being away from civilization. The check in instructions were very clear and answered any question I might have had. The fact that all of the cabinets and light switches are labeled is a great help, wish more Airbnb owners would do this. This was a terrific trip and will definitely look to book this one again on a future trip to the area.

Our stay was wonderful! We all felt right at home. I love that everything is provided for the whole stay and not just a starter kit. It helps make it worth the price a bit more. The backyard is where we spent most of our time. There is so much to do around the area. It was a very relaxing stay.

Staying at Kat’s house was like having a good friend in Brunswick and staying at her house. In the past We have stayed at nice enough places but there was a “starter kit” of one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one dishwasher pod, one dish towel, no spices…you get the the idea. But at Kat’s there were spices of every kind! A well stocked kitchen of coffee marker, food processor, dog bowls etc. There were towels, toilet paper, paper towels! Like she’d just walked out and we stepped in!
We were there at a time of the year where the outdoors was so pleasant it was like the house itself extended on into the porch and then into the covered pool. It was paradise!
Kat’s place was the most pet-friendly place we have stayed at! We have two Bichon’s that were happy campers while there. There was the pet room to set up the crates and shut the door whenever necessary! The yard was nice and tight so we didn’t have to worry about any escape artist while they were in the yard. It’s a nice neighborhood to walk the dogs to relieve themselves with doggy bag provided!!!
The beds are comfortable. Not the low-to-the-ground-memory-foam type! But tall beds that sit up off the floor, that you don’t sink so deep into you wonder if you can even roll over later in the night.
We enjoyed the house so much we looked into next year to see if we could go ahead and make a reservation again next year for our annual trip to that area. It’s not listed for that far out but who are we kidding, a jewel like this won’t be available at this price again.

We LOVED the screened in pool and the entire backyard set up. The water was more refreshing than the ocean and hotel pool where we stayed afterwards for a few days. The host did a great job communicating with us and the house was stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t have to bring a dog cage and there was even a dog room for our fur baby. We will definitely stay here again. My family liked it better than staying on Jekyll because of the privacy and refreshing pool!

Such a beautiful, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for my husband, our three granddaughters and myself. A fully equipped kitchen, dining room, garage, washer and dryer, exercise equipment, very comfortable beds and a private screened in pool. The home is very clean and just a short drive to Jekyll Island and St. Simons Island. The host has thought of everything; spices, cleaning supplies, bath and paper products. Host was very responsive and provided us with great recommendations for dining and things to do prior to our trip. We made some wonderful memories and look forward to visiting again.

We rented this lovely home for a week and it was perfect! Checking in/out was made easy with a lockbox for the key and the garage was an added bonus! The living space and kitchen are huge with all the appliances you may need. Everything was very clean. The screened in pool and porch was probably our favorite part! If you wanted to lay in the sun you could, or you could chill in the shade and watch the outside TV! The master bed was very comfy and master bath was huge! There were two huge bedrooms upstairs as well. There’s a gym room and also a special room for doggie visitors and even a crate was provided just in case. The backyard is completely fenced in for peace of mind for the dogs. The location of the home is a very quiet neighborhood and just minutes from really anywhere! We appreciated not being in the middle of the city but so close we didn’t mind just hoping in the car to go anywhere! Our host Kay was so attentive to any questions and even gave us recommendations for food and activities near by! Oh, and being able to have our dogs was a must so it was nice to know she loves dogs just like us! We recommend to anyone and plan to rent again!

Lovely home. Large shaded, private, fenced back yard with lots of squirrels to entertain the pups. Pool and deck are fantastic. Interior is clean, beds are comfortable, plenty of towels and such. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Very conveniently located to FLETC (less than 10 minutes) and shopping, 25 -35 minutes to St Simons / Jekyll Island beaches, respectively. Kat was very responsive when an A/C issue occurred - fixed it same day. Price was competitive and the home was well worth the money. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great home and the host has equipped the kitchen with very generous amemities. The downstairs master bedroom is wonderful. The upstairs bedrooms are fine for kids but adults would expect more furniture such as a dresser, bedside table and lamp. The yard is securely fenced and great for dogs. The host was very cooperative and easy to contact for any questions.

You have just found a gem!! Kat's home is beautiful and better than you expect. First of all the arrangement of the house allows common areas but lots of space between bedrooms for guests. The beds are comfortable, and all of the house is really spacious.
You'll love the amenities and being able to use the washer and dryer to come home with no dirty laundry too.
You'll probably want to spend your time in the pool, which is bigger than a lot of hotels now and it's all yours, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped yard in a quiet private neighborhood.
When you want to go to the beach, the host has supplied lawn chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels to make your stay easy. The beaches are beautiful and you can also fish for free from the dock.
Make sure you check out downtown Bruinswick for great restaurants and shops as well as the dock at St. Simons, with its hidden beach and many shops. The lighthouse tour is great too and you could spend hours just listening to the water on the many shaded benches.
Travel a little further to Jekyll Island ($8 toll) and you will find beaches, shops and even a water park and casino if you like.
Convenient location to everything including grocery shopping, this home will give you memories for year to come. You won't find a better stay!
