Reservation & Booking Terms
We want your stay to be as smooth and worry-free as possible. Below are a few important details to help you understand our booking process, payment structure, and security deposit policy.
Payment Terms

100% of the booking total is due at the time of reservation.

All prepayments are non-refundable, so please double-check your dates before confirming your stay.
Security Deposit
To ensure the home is well cared for, a $300 security deposit is pre-authorized on your credit card 1 day before arrival. This is not a charge, just a temporary hold.

The pre-authorization is automatically released up to 5 days after departure, provided no damages or violations are reported.

This process is handled securely by Lodgify and requires no action on your part.
Rental Agreement Required
To complete your reservation, a short rental agreement will be sent to you after booking. This agreement must be reviewed and signed within 48 hours to keep your reservation active.

If the agreement is not signed within that timeframe, your booking may be canceled and the dates released.

When is check-in and check-out?We offer easy self-check-in with a unique code provided before your stay. Check-in is anytime after 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Let us know if you need flexibility and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What parts of the home will I have access to?Guests have access to the entire home and all outdoor spaces, including the screened patio, backyard, and laundry room.

How many guests can the home accommodate?The home features four bedrooms, five beds, three full bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.

Is the property pet-friendly?Yes! We welcome well-behaved pets and offer a fully fenced-in yard. Please note: If pet hair is found on sheets, linens, or furniture, a $200 cleaning fee will apply after check-out.

Is there parking available?Yes, we offer driveway and garage parking that can accommodate up to two vehicles. Please note: The driveway is monitored by a video camera for the security of our guests.

What happens if something breaks or goes wrong during my stay?We’re here to help. If anything isn’t quite right when you arrive—or during your stay—please let us know right away so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Is the property professionally cleaned?Yes. Our homes are cleaned by a professional team between every guest, following a detailed checklist to ensure a spotless and sanitary environment.
